Udi identified that there was a need not being met; by adding technology to the Financial Services Industry he designed Toropoint for what it is today. With his background in technology he helped create a platform to make the life insurance process easier for everyone involved.

“I was driven to build an organization fueled and supported by technology that was highly efficient, cutting edge and different than anything else currently in the marketplace.“

Toropoint’s mission is to provide tools to our Members/Advisors that help clarify their Client’s personal planning priorities. Our platform also provides excellent implementation and management resources that maximize financial opportunities for our Members/Advisors and their clients.

Board of Advisors, Jeff Gutovich:

Board of Advisors, Jeff Gutovich:

Jeff’s role with Toropoint is to help guide the strategic growth of the business and be available to help create unique solutions that lower taxes and protect what matters most to the clients of Toropoint advisors or agents.

Mr. Gutovich brings over 30 years of entrepreneurial and executive experience that includes financial services, aviation and aerospace buy-out and operations. Mr. Gutovich is a member of the Board of Advisors for Toropoint, the Co-Chairman of Origo Acquisition Corp, a NASDAQ listed company, Chairman of the Board of Advisors for Genexa Health, a company that creates healthier medicines, Founder and CEO of Sentry Financial Services Group, Inc., a Los Angeles-based firm specialized in wealth preservation, tax minimization, and insurance strategies across a broad asset spectrum and a co-founder of Financial Resources Group. a professional services practice specialized in insurance, retirement and estate planning, employee benefits, and asset management. Mr. Gutovich began his career in 1975 as a commercial pilot, maintains Airline Transport credentials (ATP) and consults with aviation and aerospace owners and investors to maximize value, minimize risk and create tax efficient strategies.

Life Insurance, Chris Marino:

Senior Managing Director, Chris Marino:

Chris serves as Director of Business Development for Toropoint. Mr. Marino has over 15 years experience in capital markets, life settlements and life insurance. He has worked on both the buy and sell side of the life settlement marketplace for institutional investors, private equity groups and family offices. He has also held various roles in the insurance market including VP of Sales and Marketing for McCombs Risk Advisors, wholesaling products and concepts to other agents as well as being a personal producer.

Chris brings this experience to Toropoint to help maximize the the value that Toropoint can add to a its agents and clients current and future insurance needs. This not only includes life settlements and life insurance but also estate planning and premium financing platforms.

Life Insurance, Chris Marino:

Director of Operations, Artem Tkach:

Artem serves as the Director of Operations for Toropoint, and has over 11 years experience in operations management in the financial and insurance sectors. Mr. Tkach originally comes from the financial planning and insurance management space, but also has diversified experience in managing operations for the hospitality and services industries for over 6 years. He has since refocused his attention back to the insurance, financial planning, and loan management industries, and seeks to maximize the operational scope at Toropoint.

Artem holds a diverse background in operations management, and seeks to bring his influence to Toropoint to streamline overall business operations while leveraging technology and people to create a cohesive and thriving business environment.

Laura Masotto

Case & Operations Associate, Franz Patrick Reyes:

Franz serves as the Case & Operations Associate for Toropoint, and has been with the company since July 2021. He provides hands-on administrative support to the daily workflow of the business, and works to support each team member while maintaining business relationships with all our key vendors, partners, and resources. Franz holds a background in administrative and project management, and has worked with established engineering firms handling their daily operational needs. 


Franz is instrumental in overseeing the daily administrative tasks of the business, and is a liaison to maintaining our company relationships with key business personnel - both internally and externally.

Laura Masotto

Client & Marketing Associate, Meg Canino:

Meg serves as the Client & Marketing Associate for Toropoint, and has been with the company since September 2023. She collaborates with the team to manage online presence, including website updates and social media platforms, and assists in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including social media outreach, email marketing, and content creation. Additionally, Meg provides regular support to daily operations and case oversight.



Meg is a key contributor to the success of the company’s client relations and marketing efforts. She is crucial in preparing the tools needed for the business to operate smoothly while reaching new prospects and clientele.
